Two engineers. Two decades. One practice.

Fortis Prime Contracting is the consolidated practice of two civil engineers who, across two decades and several firms, have helped deliver some of the most demanding projects in the Gulf. Today, we build under our own banner.

Not a new firm. A consolidated one.

Fortis Prime is what happens when two engineers decide, after twenty years of building together inside other people's firms, to build under their own.

The firm is young. The partners running it are not. Fortis Prime Contracting LLC was founded in January 2023 to consolidate, under a single banner, a practice that had already been running — across multiple firms, multiple capacities, and multiple landmark projects — for over two decades.

The name is deliberate. Fortis — Latin for strong, steadfast, fortified. The Roman engineers who coined it built roads and aqueducts that are still standing two thousand years later. Prime — first, principal, apex. Together: built to be strong, built to be foremost, built to last.

This is a small practice by choice. Two partners on every brief. No layer of account managers, no diluted accountability, no spread-thin ambition. We do a small number of projects each year — and we do them properly.

Two engineers. Wholly owned. No layers in between.

Construction & Delivery

Site · Quality · HSE · Closeout

Civil engineer with deep delivery experience across high-rise residential, hospitality, and infrastructure projects in the Gulf. Career roles include senior construction-management positions on landmark towers, hotels, and major civil works. Brings the firm's site-level rigour — and the contractor's instinct on what's buildable, what's risky, and what's worth the fight.

Small by choice. Decisive by design.

Construction decisions should be made by engineers, at the point of work — not three escalations away from it.

In a firm our size, the partners who review your brief are the same engineers who will stand on your site.

There is no layer of account surrogates between client and craft — and no translation loss when a design issue, a procurement question, or a commercial call has to be made quickly.

We would rather do a small number of projects well than spread thin across many. Repeat work and long-cycle relationships are how we measure success — and how we have always measured it.

i.

Direct access.

The two partners who win the work are the ones who deliver it. No surrogates. No surprises mid-programme.

ii.

Fast decisions.

Issues surface and close in the same meeting. A small partnership makes calls quickly — and owns them just as quickly.

iii.

Earned judgment.

Two decades of precedent on landmark Gulf projects. Decisions are backed by real history, not process manuals.

iv.

Long view.

We select engagements for fit and quality of execution rather than volume. Repeat clients are the business we are building toward.

Seven disciplines. One discipline of execution.
